What to include.
Include the email used at Square checkout, the order ID shown on your Lore Studio confirmation page, the item name, and a short note about what seems wrong.
If your confirmation page says the order is still being watched, Square may not have delivered its final payment notice yet. Keep the page open for a minute, then return with the same link from your browser history if needed.
The public support email has not been configured yet. Before launch, set `NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPPORT_EMAIL` so order support has a clear destination.
